Tucked inside Funan’s office space on the 7th floor is Trehaus. This small cafe acts as a perfect resting spot for workers nearby. Although the shop only has a few seats, it makes up for that by having wifi and charging spots readily available. The lighting here is also perfect for both paper and computer work.
Getting there was quite an arduous trip as you can only go to the 7th floor through lobby A of Funan. Once in the rooftop garden, it took us an extra 5 minutes and an awkward walk across the office space to find the coffee shop. With limited seating and a limited menu with only 2 baked goods options available along with your classic coffee shop choices of beverage, it is not exactly a place you would spend your whole day in. The garden was an added bonus tho, as it can be a great spot for you to take a break inbetween.
What we ordered:
Although Trehaus is a work-friendly and computer-friendly, being there can make you feel a bit out of place as it is clearly more suited for the staff of where the shop is situated in. However, do not let this deter you from giving the spot a try as it does have lovely staff, great food, and a beautiful garden.
