Inside Lasalle’s campus is Lowercase. With its great music and various seats, it has become a hangout and working space for many. The staff is wonderful and conscientious. Often, servers may distract you from your work but we didn’t find this to be the case here, making it great for introverts. Nevertheless, the cafe is dimly-lit with a pretty chilly environment, so we’d recommend you bring a jacket with you.

What we ordered:

• 🍳[Scrambled Eggs Burger - $8] - Perfectly scrambled, well-seasoned eggs paired with the fluffy and toasted buns. Simple, filling, and addicting. (10/10)
• ☕[Iced Mocha - $7] - A classic, tastes just like what you would want in a mocha. Chocolaty and not too coffee-forward. (9.5/10)
• 🍫[Brownie - $6] - Warm, fudgy, and chewy. The chocolate flavour isn’t too overwhelming like most brownies. (8.5/10)
• 🍵[Iced Hojicha Latte - $7] - The milk and the sweetness makes it more approachable for folks who dislike green tea or coffee, while still being able to retain the distinct hojicha flavour that many know and love. (9/10)

Although more conducive for computer work, Lowercase redeems itself by creating an introvert’s heaven and having excellent food.
