If you would like to have an uninterrupted study session while having a drink, Louisa is a decent choice. The cafe welcomes people who study and work so you won't have to live in fear of being chased out by the staff. For the best studying experience, we recommend snatching a spot at the large table with power plugs. The other tables are, unfortunately, quite small and not very suitable for paperwork.
The cafe is quite well-lit, thanks in part to the natural light from the windows. The noise level is also tolerable as not too distracting. However, the cafe's music can sometimes overpower your own music. Pricing-wise, Louisa had us torn. The drinks here were reasonably priced, ranging from $4-6. Unfortunately, the same thing can't be said for their food as we thought it was too pricey for such small portions.

All in all, Louisa is a good place to get work done, with free wifi, large windows to allow natural light in and unforgettable sweet treats. However, if you want to grab a drink with a friend or two, this might not be the best choice, as the drinks were not particularly up to our standards.
